Women’s Group Ride Saturday 30th December 
Start time -rolling out 10.00 am sharp 
Distance -approximately 40 miles
Steady pace 16mph
Meeting point - Performance Lab, Moneymore Rd Cookstown 
Toilet and changing facilities available.

MAIN OBJECTIVE-get to know each other group ride. Share experiences, for example cornering, descending, heart rate zones and safety. 
Tea and coffee upon return. 
Spread the word we hope you can join us, weather permitting.
